Ex-Vice Chairman and Chief Creative Officer, Leo Burnett Worldwide, Switzerland



Until 2003, he served as chief creative officer and vice president of the Leo Burnett Worldwide network. Subsequently, in his home country, Germany, he helped develop education within the local Art directors club, and in 2006 he co-founded The Berlin School of Creative Leadership in response to “low quality creative leadership” as the main reason for the lack of standards in the creative industry.

He will focus on Quality, Leadership, Trust and setting Goals, covering three areas of his working life: Learning and practicing at Y&R and Ogilvy, co-founding TBWA Frankfurt, co-founding Lürzer,Conrad – merging with Leo Burnett into eventually Michael Conrad & Leo Burnett. Moving to Chicago to lead Leo Burnett Worldwide as CCO. Co-founding the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
